mixed feelings about this stay

stale airloud train

i was disappointed the room lacked proper ventilation. the air felt stale, and opening the window didn't help much. the cleaning wasnt perfect i find some hair in the shower. also, the train nearby was very loud at night and did wake me up, not ideal.

the staff were helpful and friendly. the room styling looked gorgeous and well kept.. the cabin view was peaceful. i liked the fireplace and the perfect tub.

we stayed in a "superior jacuzzi suite". the website stated the room was newly renovated. it seemed renovated in a lazy style. the hot and cold taps were reversed in the tub.

the chalets felt warm and cosy, nice after a day out.

The staff seemed like students, cleaning wasn't great and i couldn't get online. The wifi barely worked and my phone signal kept dropping, so i was pretty isolated.
